Any plans to allow provisioning of AI search in PDIs?

Hi All,

Not sure if this is perhaps better answered by ServiceNow themselves, although keen to hear from any community peers who may have some information.

I'd like to enable AI Search in my personal dev instance, so I can run some tests and work out the impact on existing resources, such as how it affects the meta data field.

I've tried to enable the feature as per the documentation, but this is stuck in a 'requested' state (for several days). I searched the forums and found a couple of threads from last year that stated AI search wasn't available on PDIs.

Wondering if that is still the case, and if so, if there are any plans to change that stance? I have access to non-production and development instances managed by our team of sys admins, but my preference would be to enable the feature in a sandbox env first, to avoid any impact on other applications running in those envs.

I'm in exactly the same situation, except it has been in 'requested' state for at least several weeks.  I'm looking forward to any answers you get!

I would be so delighted to see your post gets a response from SN. We too are in the same situation for months and awaiting. Requested AI Search demo, and are still waiting.
