Article Template Field Expand/Collapse Not Working

In my knowledge base article template, I'm trying to make use of the Expand/Collapse option available in the field definition. Is this supposed to work out of the box, or is there something that must be added to make it work?

Hi @Andrew Truett 

 

Knowledge authors are not HTML developers and they often get frustrated when they have to do this and there is a very good chance that the functionality would break if the authors hit the wrong key in the TinyMCE editor. There is a better way to author knowledge articles without fumbling with code.

Our Dev found that Expand/collapse only seems to be a feature that works in the old internal KB view, not the Service Portal. Thanks to everyone for the replies-- using the <detail> and <summary> tags will work acceptably for us.
