Article Templates/ custom fields

I built custom knowledge template. I  added a custom field to the template .

In Edit mode we can populate the field and save it for our article.

In "kb_article_view" I don't see our new field but see all out of box template fields.

How do I add it to kb_article_view?

Did you checked in form layout after the creation of article. In kb_article_view Knowledge article Move the field from available to selected bucket then you can see the field.

we have that and did not help when users view the article via the portal kb_aritcle_view. The new custom field does not appear
