Hi Andrew, are you asking about custom knowledge article templates? The answer is sort of...

You can control the templates that are available within each knowledge base by going to the knowledge base and clicking on the "Article Template" tab.

Click on "Edit" and select (or de-select) from the existing templates. I'm not sure if this gets you where you want to be, but I hope it helps!

Hi, I'm finding a weird situation where if there are no Knowledge Templates selected for a Knowledge Base, per your steps, all templates are available when creating a knowledge article for that knowledge base.

For example, in the images below, the "Applications" knowledge base has no templates assigned, but when creating a knowledge article all templates show up.

Is it possible to only have the "Standard" template show and no others?

Thanks.

Hello Andrew,

Do you have find a solution?

I would like do the same.

Standard template is not available in the list.

May be the best is to duplicate the standard template (the duplicate will be available to select this one)

Kim,

Yes, that worked. Thanks for answering my question-- I had not been able to locate any information on this by searching through SN's support articles.
