Authors are not Consistent Addressing Feedback Tasks

We are having an issue where a certain percentage of our authors are not addressing feedback tasks assigned to their article(s). Obviously, this is an issue for keeping content accurate and up-to-date. We are moving towards ownership groups which should assist so more authors will be notified of the feedback task.

At a previous job, we printed a monthly report and brought it to the attention of their manager/leadership if they were not addressing feedback tasks. Any other suggestions? What have you tried that works? Thanks so much.

I'd be interested in any responses to this. We manually reach out to people who are not in compliance and help move them along but it's not a sustainable solution as we grow.

Same here. We are on V3 so do not have ownership groups or feedback tasks. We added an 'assigned to' field and manually assign FB records to a knowledge manager for that group. An email notification automatically goes to them. The records show on a customized dashboard. But I still ping people weekly/monthly to remind them to complete FB records. Next step will to be email them and copy their group manager. Probably starting that next month.

I would think the first step would be to ask them if they are aware that they are not addressing their feedback tasks in a timely manner.

Are you 100% sure that they are aware of the process and expectations?

They are aware of the process and expectations. It's covered in new author training an reinforced in quarterly communication. There is also one-off communication done as well.  We have a dashboard for all authors letting them know when their articles are going to expire and any pending feedback tasks.
