Best practice for screenshot-based procedures in Advanced Editor

Hi, Everyone!
We typically create How-to articles with a screenshot after each step.
In Advanced Editor, we can reproduce this layout by alternating text and image blocks. However, doing so divides one procedure into many separate text blocks. My concern is that this could affect how well AI Search or Now Assist understands the article as a single, continuous procedure.
Has anyone tested or used this structure in practice?
I would be interested to know:
- How you structure screenshot-based procedures
- Whether separate text blocks affect AI understanding
- Whether one screenshot per step is common in your organization or region
Any examples would be very helpful.

Thanks for the feedback. My response was intended to share my understanding and help the community, not to claim that I had personally validated this specific Advanced Editor >> AI Search >> Now Assist scenario. I’ve updated my previous answer to make that distinction clear.
I agree that the exact behavior should be confirmed through documentation or testing in the relevant release.
Regarding the reference to my 16x ServiceNow AI MVP recognition: this reflects my contributions to the community and AI innovation; it does not imply that I have personally validated every ServiceNow or AI scenario. I believe feedback should focus on the technical content and evidence rather than use someone's credentials or achievements to question the validity of their contribution.
As a Community member, I’m sure you appreciate the importance of constructive and respectful feedback. I welcome technical challenges to my answers, but I would also expect the discussion to remain focused on the technical point rather than the contributor’s credentials.
