Hi KBMs !
First off, lets consider these roles for the test case:
Contributor : submits a KB proposition
Ownership group member : Can approve the KB (1st approval of 2)
KBmanager : Final approval and then the KB gets published
--------------
I have an issue if the contributor doesn’t put in the correct ownership group and the submits his KB proposition.
How can the ownership group member reassign the KB proposition to the correct group so that the approval workflow continues ?
I tried to use the Recall button, but there is no way to change the ownership group and get the approval flow going again.
The only method I can use is to refuse the approval and mentioned that the group is incorrect.
Then the contributor will receive a notification and will resubmit.
But I'd like to make it a bit more seamless.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks
Rene

Hi @Rene Dugas
Once a contributor submits a KB proposition with an incorrect ownership group and the approval process begins, ownership group members cannot directly change the group mid-approval. The Recall button doesn’t allow reassignment, and the only workaround is to reject the article, prompting the contributor to resubmit with the correct group
