Can't resize tables within knowledge articles in Tokyo

Chris Armstron1

Hi All,

We recently moved to Tokyo from Rome, we skipped San Diego. But when I try to change the size of tables in a knowledge article, it doesn't seem to let me change the shape of it in any way. i.e. I can't change the width of any of the columns or diagonally resize the table... When I hover over the corners or any of the column borders the cursor icon doesn't change to indicate that it can be resized by dragging.

All I get is a faint blue border appear around the table which I can't interact with:

Am I missing something? Do you need to resize exclusively via CSS now?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi @Chris Armstron1 : You can check the below mentioned solution.

  1. Enter sys_properties.list in the Filter navigator.
  2. Select glide.service_portal.resize_text.{portal_url_suffix}.base_font.
    For example, glide.service_portal.resize_text.mesp.base_font.
  3. On the form, set the Value field to the font size you want.

Hi @IAmAbhigyaan12, I'm trying to resize a table, not text. Is this a solution for that?

Hi @Chris Armstron1 : Sorry this solution is for text resize.

https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0695430 this KB article is for  Changing the size of a column in a list
