Can't resize tables within knowledge articles in Tokyo

Hi All,

We recently moved to Tokyo from Rome, we skipped San Diego. But when I try to change the size of tables in a knowledge article, it doesn't seem to let me change the shape of it in any way. i.e. I can't change the width of any of the columns or diagonally resize the table... When I hover over the corners or any of the column borders the cursor icon doesn't change to indicate that it can be resized by dragging.

All I get is a faint blue border appear around the table which I can't interact with:

Am I missing something? Do you need to resize exclusively via CSS now?

Thanks,

Chris

Well thank you for that, because I thought I was crazy when I suddenly couldn't right click and copy/paste anymore. We just went from San Diego to Tokyo. Now I know what to tell my developers to look for!

Interested in the plug-in that affects right-clicking. We are using Ctrl-right-click which brings up the expected menu but would love to get away from that if we can.

Hi, @James OBrien ! Could you please provide a link where I could send my developers to explain to them how to turn off the plug-in? I thought it was just a weird quirk we were going to have to accept with Tokyo. Would love to get my right-click menu back!! Thank you!

I added the information about the mouse button, link option, missing menu issue; TinyMCE update, Link plugin issue to the SN Community KM dashboard. It shows it is being reviewed. It can be found here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/tkb/workflowpage/tkb-id/knowledge-managers-tkb-board/article-id... if or when it is approved.  I'll submit it as a question if it's not approved.

Hi, @James OBrien ! When I click on that link, it's saying I don't have permission to access, so it may still not be approved. Would you mind posting as a question and then letting us know where to find it? I'm most interested in turning off the plugin that prohibits the alt click menu. I miss that menu a lot. LOL! Having the info to tell my developers would help me have a better chance of the update being made. 🙂

Thank you, JWO! I appreciate you!
