Can't resize tables within knowledge articles in Tokyo

Hi All,

We recently moved to Tokyo from Rome, we skipped San Diego. But when I try to change the size of tables in a knowledge article, it doesn't seem to let me change the shape of it in any way. i.e. I can't change the width of any of the columns or diagonally resize the table... When I hover over the corners or any of the column borders the cursor icon doesn't change to indicate that it can be resized by dragging.

All I get is a faint blue border appear around the table which I can't interact with:

Am I missing something? Do you need to resize exclusively via CSS now?

Thanks,

Chris

Hi jwo, appreciate the response.

Here is a full image of the hmtl field with the ribbon:

From what I can tell these appear to be standard html fields - i'm not sure that i'd be able to paste in an image at all into a plain text field. The image above shows that i've selected the image but still no drag points to resize the image / table.

thanks,
Chris

I posted it as a question and it is in review as well as the symptom solution message I posted on the KM board.  It is posted, "Having trouble with cut, copy, paste, options menu when clicking with the secondary mouse button?"https://www.servicenow.com/community/knowledge-managers/having-trouble-with-cut-copy-paste-options-m....

That's so interesting - is this a new thing, having new questions go to review first? I've not encountered this before when posting a new question.

I don't know if it's new or not.  Somebody has marked the question I submitted as SPAM.  Probably because I have links to Tiny's (TinyMCE) website showing where I found the information.  I reported this to the moderator.

Hmmm, I can't seem to open any of these links you're sending
