Hello. i have recently began sending out weekly reports of new and deleted Knowledge articles in an excel format to inform my customers of changes in the knowledge base. The only problem is that i have to manually open each report and adjust the layout of the list. for example column width and making the list into a table before i send it out. Is there anyway to make this automatic so i can just send it directly to my customers with a predefined template or do I have to keep doing this manually.
Thanks in advance 😄

Just checking in if an answer was ever found for this? The excel and pdf Format is hard to read and user has to be manual adjusted fields or explained to see.
