Create article in Knowledge base without can contribute

Hello Experts,
Need a suggestion on how can a user have access to knowledge base for create a article without adding user in "can contribute" user criteria for that particular knowledge base.
If we add that user to can contribute, user will have create button for that knowledge base but at the same time user can see other's countries article under same knowledge base.
How can we provide access here to create knowledgebase.
Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hello! Do you have access to the Can Read tab? If you add a user or group there, they have access to the knowledge base but can't contribute. There's some information on that here:

On those country articles, There will be cannot read.
Add user's criteria to those articles so that user cannot read those individual article. The access also depends on How your Knowledge criteria is setup
adding the Knowledge criteria map below
