Knowledge Article Helpful widget not showing when using article permalink

Has anyone else experienced this?

 

If I navigate to a knowledge article via a permalink in our Portal it WILL NOT show the 'Knowledge Article Helpful' widget.

 

If I navigate via search results or from the knowledge homepage (featured, most useful, most viewed etc.) the widget WILL show.

 

We're currently on Washington DC

Hi, 

 

Did you check the URL to see if there are any differences in the link between navigating and searching? It could be that the Helpful widget was only activated on the knowledge homepage and not through the portal view.

Homepage: id=kb_article_view&sys_kb_id=

 

I believe these are the same?

I have noticed the same issue, did you get to an understanding of why this was happening?
