Hi,
Does anyone has experience how to build Look & Feel structured templates of knowledge articles. So not only the sections.. but the whole complete HTML table/ article structure. Is it possible to have a default look & feel (so not the limit style option on knowledge template area)
So it is already populated when someone create an article.. and he / she only have adjust pictures, dummy text etc. Example below template that servicenow provided in their example docs.
Thank you for your answer

You could use a Record Producer to gather the basic information, then generate the KB Article and drop the user into it to complete the work?
I'm not sure if there's a way to have as an advanced template as you are looking for, but I haven't worked with KB for a few versions now.

Well, i was more looking for way how to build and use design knowledge article templates. I know there is a plugin in the ServiceNow Store (Amaze by Intelligence) that do the trick. but wondering if it is not standard possible. LIke you have in Word.. whereby in the New document option you have the option to select a template... and that pre-format the look & feel.

As I said, not sure if they have added something recently but I have not seen anything before. A record producer can definitely give you a way to do it.
Thanks,
