We use Knowledge Templates to provide a consistent look and feel, and structure content (depending on type of KB).

Some folks see the benefits of Knowledge Blocks, but they are used infrequently.

Knowledge templates help to standardize the format of knowledge articles, ensuring consistency across all articles. also templates make it easier for non-technical staff to create knowledge articles.

Standardized articles are easier to index and search, improving the effectiveness of the knowledge base.
