Hello, I am trying to create a "articles by department" report that separates data by Groups instead.
The issue we have now in our team is that we have all merged into 1 department but are identified in different Groups in ServiceNow.
Is there a way to add a condition to a report based on "Groups"?
Here is an old report I created (attached) that previously worked when users were separated by "department", though now I need to do this based on Groups. Any help here would be appreciated!
