The way I read these numbers
"Other"
The report looks at different scores on articles, and quite a few have an average of 5, most likely because they only have very few scores and they all said 5, then it decends onto the next average, so X number of articles have average 3 etc. that is why the scores with decimals comes lower down on the list, as there is a higher chance that the score with a decimal is unique for that article. this means that "Other" in this case is scores like 1.57, 2.86 etc. this I assume is because they have many ratings and the score with a decimal and a unique score that it doesn't share with any other article. I think if you click on the "5-bar" you get a list of all article with an average score of 5 stars.
"empthy"
Since the height of the bars indicate number of articles, i would assume that "empthy" means in this case that 120 articles have not star-rating at all.
"0"
I Don't know. One can't give 0 stars (empthy is in a way 0 stars...=unrated), only 1-5... no idea i am afraid.
Have you tried to click on the 0-bar? in some reports I have, I then get a list of the data behind it. That might explain the 0 score

Hi @Nicole McCleaf ,
Here is an example from my PDI:
For choice fields score etc. score will be 0 or 1 based on yes/no - but user has given a score
for rating fields score will be e.g. 1-5 based on how many selection you have chosen on the questionary.
For questionaries that has not been responded to - score will be empty.
You can go to asmt_metric_list and look up the single survey e.g.:
Based on this, you can see the different questions for the "customer satisfaction survey" based on above scenario:
