Hi,
We have Feedback Tasks OOB for feedback on articles.
When an article is 45 days before it will expire we want a feedback task to be created to the ownership group.
Is there a method to do this?
We want the ownership to track this as the emails we send for articles expiring don't get a response.
Thanks
Juliet

I literally just proposed this idea to my SN team! I'll be curious to see if and how others have implemented this. It seems like it should be a default OOB feature.

Technically this should be possible with flow designer.
Trigger = run daily > look up records based on your condition > for each > create a feedback task.
Where you run the risk is how well your ownership groups monitor and take action feedback tasks.

I've just got our expiry notifications working so that it sends an email at the start of the month with a list of KBs expiring the coming month, as outlined for Article Validity. My next step was to have a KFT raised upon expiry, so I am also interested in finding out if there is an OOTB solution to this before I approach the development team.

We have ours set to notify authors 7 days in advance that their KB is due to expire, upon checking so many people don't read their emails or have rules set up for system generated emails so it's often missed. We're looking at seeing if instead of an email it can ping a teams message direct, as more likely to read, but similar to yourself, looking to get a KFT created
