Future dated articles

I'm not sure if my question posted earlier, so apologies if this is a duplication, but I wondered if anyone knows if it is possible to future date an article publication.

We have articles that are prepared in advance, but need to be published at specific times / dates to co-inside with communications and at the moment the team are doing this manually - I wondered if there is a way to set the date you wish an article to be published so that the system can automate this?

Thanks Jo

You can set scheduled publishing by using the workspace view of your article. Select additional actions, then view and workspace. On that view it allows you to select a date and time for the article to be published. You will need to ensure any approval work flow you are using is complete before that date and time. Once it is fully approved it will show in a scheduled publishing workflow and auto publish at that date and time. The updated or new article will not be visible in your end user portal until that time but back end users will be able to see the revision. You can recall the article from this workflow should you need to. Schedule a knowledge article for publishing (servicenow.com)

Hi @Jo_Dunne,

Good question. It does exist this functionality, please refer for the documentation below:

Be sure about the plugin activation before proceeding.
