How do I get the date an incident was assigned to a specific assignment group

I want to be able to see when an incident (or other item) was assigned to a specific assignment group within a report.

There may be better ways, but one way that comes to mind is that you can do a hop report to see when a particular ticket was routed to a specific group, though it may not be the group that resolves the ticket.

Hello @mbernste

Thanks for the response. I am a complete and utter newbie to SN reporting, so my first question is: What is a "hop report"? And my second question is: How do I create one?

A hop report allows you to see the number of times a ticket was routed between groups (or even people within a group).  Each routing is a "hop."

Any chance you know of a resource that would help me create one of these. I have looked on YouTube and googled "ServiceNow Hop Report" and couldn't find anything useful.
