I am creating a new knowledge article template. For one of the article template fields, I'd like to add a table in the 'preview text' field. However, there is no icon to add a table within the editor for the Preview Field (added screenshot for reference). When creating an actual knowledge article (not the template), there is the option to add a table in the 'article body' field but for the 'preview text' field in the template the icon seems to be missing.
Anyone knows how to add a table to the 'preview text' field when creating a knowledge article template?
Kind regards

I don't believe there is a way without performing some changes.
Modifying the preview field's attributes in advanced view to include "table" (or "code" if you want the ability to edit the source code) will allow you to do this:
editor.toolbar=bold italic underline undo redo | fontselect fontsizeselect | forecolor backcolor link unlink | alignleft aligncenter alignright | bullist numlist fullscreen | table | code
The result will look like this on the template editor:

I know that the article is a bit older, but I can't find a more suitable one.
When I enter text in the “Preview Text” field in my template, it is not displayed when I use the template. Can anyone tell me why?

are you able to show a screenshot of what you are setting in the preview text vs what you are seeing when you look at the template?
