How to create knowledge articles from PDF content? (PDF not as attachment)

Hi all,
How to parse the contents from a PDF and create articles from it? Is it possible?
NOTE - The requirement is not to attach the PDF into the article.

Anyone referring to this thread - the answer to this question is probably this, will have to try and confirm, but most likely I believe I got the answer - PDF to KB article

I have PDF article to create knowledge article but when converting to pdf it is not coming with proper allignment. Now how to fix this?
