Hello,
for a client we need to customize the search result obtained from the knowledge portal by running a text filter.
In particular, the customer in his policies inserts the title of the paragraphs in bold, so we would like to display the title of the paragraph before the textual result.
for example for this policy
if we search for "Filters" we don't want the following result:
but it must be preceded by the paragraph in bold "Cleaning the water inlet filter".
Thank you,
Greetings

I don't think this will be possible without heavy scripting and customization, causing issues on every upgrade ahead. I would suggest creating separate articles instead of one generic one which has a lot of paragraphs.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I cannot divide the policy as you suggested. Can you tell me what should be changed even if it involves heavy scripts?
Thank you,
Lisa

In that case the answer to you customer is 'no'. Check the link Sandeep provided and explain what the possibilities are.
If they still insist that it should be done, even if that means creating something that will probably break on every upgrade, have someone create a complete custom page for this, including all the needed scripting to get the texts out of the body, to display it like that. I wouldn't know where to start and would advise any customer to not do it and not take any responsibility if they proceed with it anyway (and will have to do so with another partner).
