How to determine Ownership Group of an a non-knowledge admin/manager

My team has run into a few cases where the Ownership Group of a published article is misassigned, and the true owner of the content can't edit the article/update the Ownership Group because they are not a member of the Ownership Group or a manager of the knowledge base.

When this happens, we have no way currently for that owner to find who the current Ownership Group is on the content, which requires them to reach out to my team via email to provide the Ownership Group information to them. What is the best way (out-of-box), to make the Ownership Group of published content easier to see/find for content owners that aren't knowledge admins or managers of the knowledge base.

Thanks, and let me know if more information/context is needed.

Is the "owner" that's missing the Author of those articles? If so, I think you can avoid the issue altogether by enabling the glide.knowman.ownership_group.override property as explained here:

Unfortunately, no. The "owner" will not be listed as the author in the majority of cases. I believe we have this property enabled currently.
