I have subscribed to many knowledge article. I have set the system properties of knowledge article to send notification (email) to the user when article is rated below 2star,commented,flagged or marked helpful. On the service portal I tried
1-flagging the article
2-adding a comment
3-Marked helpful
4-give star rating
I have installed varioud plugin as mentioned below com.sn_component_workspace_knowledge , com.snc.knowledge_advanced, com.snc.uib.knowledge com.snc.activity_subscriptions com.glideapp.knowledge.
but I am unable to get any notification.

Hello,
Generally Feedback task is created when Article is flagged as Not helpful and rating of 1 or 2 stars is given, and By checking those properties it will create feedback task automatically but if you want this to work for other ratings then you have to customize it which is complex.
Table :
kb_feedback_task
Please check this table by flagging Article as Not helpful and rating of 1 or 2 stars it should create task.
Lastly check notifications in the table, I believe not many notifications are there so customize accordingly, We have create few new notifications based on our requirement so should work fine.

I believe that the user should not receive the notification, but it is however the assigned_to on the feedback task. The user will then receive updates on it if needed, and if it is rejected or accepted - as I remember the setup (my dev instance is loading too slow for me to look it up right now :D)
Best regards,
