How do we relate a CI record to a Knowledge Article?
We publish detailed support plan documents in the KB.
Is there a better way to associate a CI with support plan details?

Greetings!!
May i know what is use case of same. Because if you start adding KB to CI then at point of time a CI has lots of KB and its again you need to clean up.
Or
