I've seen several posts on related questions. I would love to see some feedback from ServiceNow. On a suggested solution to the problem. People are suggesting custom code, third party sites, insane auditing plans. What is the best way to locate and flag broken URLs in the knowledge base?

This is a topic that comes up from time to time, and we feel that pain too. There's this idea on the idea portal: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=view_idea&sysparm_idea_id=7a2ec28fdb079c106621d9d96896194f&sysparm_idea_table=x_snc_com_ideation_idea&sysparm_module_id=enhancement_requests
Last I heard it was in consideration for the Utah/Vancouver release.

This topic is coming up again in our company. The finding bad links in KB articles has not been deployed yet. Are there plans for this?

It's not even a "nice to have". It's a must-have that other KB tools provide with the click of a button.

I agree our old tool had this feature. Strange Servicenow does not have this feature
