Images in Knowledge Center are getting skewed

When we try to add images into an article using Knowledge Center they usually either get stretched out or compressed. Is there a trick to adding images in the Knowledge Center editor or is this something I should try to get developers to look into?

Are you using OOTB or custom templates? By default the image block should display the image in its original dimensions unless you are resizing the block. You can click the block and then click Settings > Dimensions > Size and verify that the image is in its original dimensions. Your template or layout may be contorting the image to incorrect dimensions.
