To celebrate our 1-year KMUG-aversary (Knowledge Manager User Group) with our September sessions, we are introducing a couple new features, and we'd love your input!
You asked - and we are now making the user group sessions 2 hours long - to include (2) 10-15 minute breakout rooms. We heard you that one breakout room wasn't enough. We will put it towards the end, so if you do only have 90 minutes, you'll still get all the information you are used to receiving, upfront.
Where we need your help:
In our "3" spot, we'd like to start doing a panel discussion driven by you, to gather 2-4 of you on a similar knowledge topic so you can drive the conversation and answer questions. No slides needed (or minimal if you see fit), just show up and discuss the best practices you have around the knowledge thing you are passionate about with others.
Some ideas: translation, prevention and training, getting others on board with using/creating knowledge, tips and tricks you use with knowledge, etc
