I'm looking for more detailed information on how to build the KCS dashboards like the ones ServiceNow uses, summarized in this article. I found this post from Jan. 2021 about the dashboards, and it mentioned some recordings that Jamie Honaker made with some SN staff walking users through the creation of these dashboards. Does anyone have copies of that they would be willing to share?
