UPDATE UPDATE: If you requested a past recording, you should have received that this morning. (If you didn't get what you are looking for - or need something else, please comment here or email me jaime.honaker@servicenow.com 🙂 I posted the most recent recording from last week, in the Pinned Welcome slide for the group. If you requested access during the call, for the sharepoint/onedrive that contains the past year's recordings, I'm still working on that, but will keep you posted as I get that squared away. (Internal limitations when it comes to contacts/accessaddress book.) 🙂
UPDATE: We think we have it figured out. The One-Drive/Sharepoint required me adding each person who wants access to past recordings. I don't mind doing it as people request it, but think there might be an easier way (I think we have close to 500 people in this group!). Whenever we have a session, I'll post that session's recording in the Pinned Welcome Post, under the appropriate Slide deck month, as a sub-bullet. I'll note when the recording will expire, and then remove it when it has.
In the meantime, I'll keep a Sharepoint that if you're new here and some past topic (we currently have through May 21 downloaded) interests you, you can just request access to the Sharepoint, and I can add you to the list of people who can see it. I'll continue to add our recordings there, using it as a library.
--------
For those that requested recordings for this week's session (as well as in the past), ServiceNow is about to implement a new retention policy, affecting our Zoom recordings. As of this Friday, you most likely won't have access to those previous recordings beyond the 60-day mark. But that's okay - We have a plan! I'm working on creating a One-Drive, where I'll upload the recordings to, after the session, and be able to share the OneDrive with you at that point.
Wanted to let you all know in case you've been holding onto any recordings you haven't had the chance to listen to. I'll update this post when we have everything sorted out. 🙂
Thank you!
