KMUG under new management!

Hey there all, 

I wanted to share some news. My responsibilities have recently changed and unfortunately, that means I have to step away from running this group. It's a bummer for me, as I've loved getting to know all you better the last couple years. 

The good news is, you're in great hands going forward. I'd like to introduce you all to Ashley Snyder, the Principal Outbound PM for knowledge.  I know Ashley already has some plans up her sleeve. 

I'll remain part of the group but I'll be a member, and she'll be your main point of contact going forward! I've already let her know how awesome you all are. Welcome Ashley!

Hello everyone! 

I'm excited to connect with you as part of the KMUG and larger Knowledge Management community! A little about myself, I've been at ServiceNow for a year as the Outbound Product Manager for Next Experience UI, and am in the process of transitioning into the role of Outbound Product Manager for Knowledge Management. I'm very excited to gain deeper knowledge in this space and interact with everyone in the community!
