Sign up for our upcoming research opportunity and share your feedback on ServiceNow Knowledge Management Authoring Experience. Help elevate the quality of knowledge articles generated from the “Create Article” flow within a case, incident, or problem Workflow.  Respond to this brief 5-minute survey and indicate your consent to participate in this research.  

Who should participate:  

  • Agents (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3) who draft articles from a case, incident, or problem record. 
  • Knowledge authors, managers, admins, or content writers who consider one or more case, incident, or problem records to draft a knowledge article. 

Workshop Dates: April 22-26th 2024 

Duration: Approximately 60-minutes  

What to expect: 

  • Walkthrough your current experience of drafting an article from a closed case or incident. 
  • Share concerns, questions, and suggestions for improvement.
