Hi All,

What is the use of the HR knowledge to location type and HR knowledge to companies in related list of a knowledge article.

I don't have those related lists at my company, nor do I have them in my Washington DC PDI.

The "HR Knowledge to Location" and "HR Knowledge to Companies" related lists are not part of the  out-of-the-box configuration in ServiceNow. Instead, they are custom or additional related lists that may be introduced as part of a specific HR Knowledge Management implementation or customization.
