Are you including a code block in your KB article? Why not use the Preformatted paragraph style? It will increase readability.

How to use the Preformatted paragraph style
Follow these steps to apply this style to your code block:
- Select your code block
- Click on the "Paragraph" button in the web editor's toolbar, you will be presented with a drop-down menu:
- Click on "Preformatted".
- Bam! You're done!
