How to edit a link in a Knowledge article
Follow these steps to create or edit a link in your article:
- Select the text you want to use a link (or click on the link text that you already had created).
- On the toolbar, click on the Insert/Edit link button. A dialog window will pop up:
- Fill in the fields:
- URL: The target URL where the user will be sent to.
- Text: A description of the content of the linked document.
- Target: Select New window (_blank) to ensure the link opens in a new browser tab or window (this is optional, but will ensure that the reader won't leave the article when clicking the link).
- Skadoosh! You're done!
