Hi All,

I have added 8 articles to the Featured Content on my Knowledge Base but I can only see 5 on the Knowledge Home Page. I have added the homepage keyword to them all. Ifs 5 the maximum that the Homepage can display? If so, any chance we could extend that?

Hi Brigitta,

 

We also only have the ability to add 5 to that area.  The same is true for Most Useful and Most Viewed which seem like the OOB behavior.  Have you considered using Embedded Help and Guided Tours to share more valuable content based on where the user might be within Knowledge? We use both and find it's a great way to extend your KM content along with guiding users through article creation for example.
