Hello Everyone, 


I am wondering if you guys have insight into why Related Articles are not viewable when viewed internally in ServiceNow. 

If we are using the Service Operations Workplace, I do not see any mention of the related articles. Any suggestions to troubleshoot this issue would be greatly appreciated!

I've wondered about this as well.

I saw that when attaching a Knowledge Article to a ticket in Service Operations Workspace it linked the user to the internal system view of the article (not the portals view). I'm not sure if that is default or something that has been set up in our instance, but when you view the article here, there is no Related Items or Related Articles list.

Thanks, Lesly. It is good to know I am not the only one who experiences this. 

Are there any solutions you have tried implementing to resolve?
