Hello Everyone, I am looking for some test scripts for knowledge testing. Is anyone able to share what you use for manual testing?

Also if there is one specifically for Knowledge Portal testing that would be appreciated.

Hi Rebecca,

I would check the Test Template documentation out that I just found via a google search.  Sounds like there could be something useful there although I've never used it.

We have built our own test templates based on our KCS process in snow.  They're basically SAF (Step Action Files) in excel that document each area via dif tabs that we utilize when testing.  We also find them useful for new joiners to run through and become familiar with out process.  Sorry, more info and advice than sharing but hope it helps!
