Knowledge Managers User Group are quarterly sessions open to anyone interested in Knowledge Management topics. KMUG events are posted on the Knowledge Managers group on the Community site.
The next KMUG session is Thursday, June 29th at 12 pm EST/9 am PST.
The topic will be on Knowledge-Centered Service or KCS. We'd love to have an informal discussion on who is using KCS and who is not. If you are using KCS, which parts of KCS do you use, what works for your organization, and what does not? If you are not using KCS, what does your Knowledge Management process look like, and have you explored using KCS or not?
