I've been trying to explore use of META tags on Knowledge Articles, however for some reason not able to get them to work. On my PDI I added a few meta-tags for two of my knowledge articles and assumed that if I search for the text in those meta tags, it should show up on the portal.
It didn't do it right now, and I thought it might take a day or two to index. but two days later I am still where I was earlier.. Meta tags don't show up in search, however the article content seems searchable.

I'm not sure if this will help but here are a few things to look at.
1. Make sure the article is published
2. use a comma between tags
3. use underscores between words in a phrase
4. do not use common words
5. you can also stack meta tags and phrases, meaning that you repeat it in the meta field
example: food, lunch, hot_sandwhiches, cold_deli_sandwhiches

Thanks for these recommendations. This is the first time I've encountered the suggestion to use underscores between words in a phrase when using the Meta field. Is this noted in any ServiceNow documentation? Given recent AI Search improvements, is this still accurate?
