URL Based Knowledeg Article Content Reload

I have two Knowledge Articles, Topic A and Topic B. The Purpose and Intro statements are similar enough they could be easily rewritten to accommodate / cover both topics. What I would like to do is place two hyperlinks after the Intro statement that would give the reader the option to select Topic A or Topic B and the Knowledge Article reload there in Employee Center Pro displaying the same Purpose and Intro statements but with the content for the selected topic. Is this possible?

Disclaimer - - NOT a fan of the accordion. Too clunky and not streamlined enough for what I am looking to accomplish with this.

Hi, I'm not sure I'm following exactly what you are trying to do with the hyperlinks. Here's what I think will work:

  1. Create a knowledge block with your purpose and intro statements. This will allow you to use in multiple places but update in one place.
  2. Create two buttons that link to your articles that open in the same window like this:

What I am looking to get around ( can't put javascript / jQuery code in a Knowledge Article ) is using a jQuery call where the content for each topic could be hidden until following a link that would display the selected topic content.

Like the perspective change on the Knowledge Blocks. I was looking at using them too trying to figure out how to define the User Criteria to act the same was as the jQuery call with the topic content in the blocks.

I'm sure AI could serve up the content in the manner you want. But that's out of my wheelhouse.

Let us know if you find a solution!

Unfortunately, the process is not mature enough to investigate the possibilities of using AI. Sha', right?!?

When I find a reasonable solution, I'll post it back here to see what everyone thinks...

Thanks.
