out of box ownership groups but only on one knowledgebase

Hello,

We want to use the out of box ownership groups but only on one knowledgebase at this time.

Is there  away we can do this?

or do all the knowledgebases on the platform need to use the ownership group?

We do like for some knowledgebases for feedback tasks to go to the knowledge managers but other knowledgebases the feedback tasks go to knowledge ownership group.

The assignment of the knowledge feedback tasks is done via Assignment Rule:

You can add an additional condition so it applicable to the knowledge bases (Feedback > Article > Knowledge Base is [knowledge ownership group KBs]) and then make another Assignment Rule that is not those knowledge bases and route to knowledge manager instead of knowledge ownership group manager

Hi, I think you might be able to accomplish this by creating a new template, adding the ownership group field, and then turning on that template only for that specific knowledge base. It's not something I've done, but it may be the "easy" way to accomplish this.
