Hello, We are in the process of implementing ServiceNow PPM module. As we are working through Demand and Project, several teams are asking to define the fields so we have a consistent meaning across all users (e.g., start date in Demand can have different meanings). We are trying to create a consistent approach across all users, so having the fields defined from SNOW would be helpful. Is there a file somewhere that we can download? I understand it may have more fields than we need.

Not sure what you mean by start date in Demand can have different meanings. Per the documentation it is the Planned Start Date (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-business-management/page/product/planning-and-policy/tas...) .
Do you mean the Start Date on a Project means something different than Start Date on a Demand? If so, that is appropriate as those are very different concepts to begin with, that happen to inform one another.
The documentation usually has pretty decent definitions for the fields in any module.
Also, do not use SNOW as short for ServiceNow. We used to do that, but there is a company called Snow and SNOW is the stock ticker for Snowflake, so it can be confusing. Just a bit of trivia for ya. Thanks.
