Problem with ai Search that doesnt use Knowledge article meta tags

HI there,

We are facing an issue that somehow Knowledge Article meta tags are being ignore by ai search. My main question is if others have faced this similar issue. Is ai search able to use/read kb meta tags for the search result?

You should check that the Indexed Source for your Knowledge table doesn't explicitly disallow searching on the meta field (via a not_searchable  Attribute property in the Field Settings & Mapping tab).

I am interested to know about the solution you proposed. I am trying to deactivate the AI Search for meta Field on knowledge base. from your description i see that we can make a specific field not searchable, but i am curious to know what should I set the value associated the specific field setting record.

Use Case: Currently the AI Search is checking on the meta field when an article is searched and we want to disable this function, so i am trying to create a new field mapping with meta field as not_searchable but is there anything specific with value field that needs to be checked.
