Our knowledge article update process requires getting approval for any change. Articles showing Status=Draft but Approval=Approved are not approved. When submitted, the Status should change to Submitted. What I'm finding out is that some times, even when I think an article was submitted for review and approval, it hasn't been.
Beyond running reports and manually checking, is there another way to ensure draft articles are in fact submitted for approval?
