I've been working with my internal SNOW support team to try and get the Spell Check functionality working in Google Chrome.
I've followed all the documentation online to make sure that spell checking is enabled. It works in other web sites.
In Service Now however when I right click on a word that's red underlined, or anywhere in the text field of a KB article, the SNOW "Insert Link" context menu comes up instead of the default context menu with the spell checking.
Our internal SNOW team says this is a Google problem. Google says this is a Service Now problem. See attached screen shot of an example.

Even I have no solution of this problem or alternatively you can use Grammarly for spell check but don't call ServiceNow SNOW , it is SN or Now or ServiceNow but not SNOW.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Dear Atul,
Various companies have their own internal style guides, and those style guides supersede whatever ServiceNow chooses to call itself. My company calls it SNOW. Apparently, so does Eric's company. My last company had so many references to Service Now and ServiceNow. Why? Because SNOW couldn't decide if they should have a space in their name. They eventually took out the space.
Our company style guide ranks first, and the Microsoft Manual of Style (online version) is our second go to.
If we had to keep up with every name change for their companies or products that companies go through, that's all we'd be doing. Then, imagine the paragraph where you refer to the interface three times, and in each instance, you have to write:
Click the ServiceNow Blah button.
In the ServiceNow Blah dialog, click Go.
In the ServiceNow Shortcut screen, click Next.
Ugh!!!
You seem vested in getting people to change how they use which term to apply to ServiceNow. Why do you care so much? This is the second time I've seen you bring it up in the same week. I suggest you find helpful answers to people's questions and not respond to questions with this moldy oldy to increase your membership ranking. This reply is not helpful, which is why no one is marking it as helpful. I think even ServiceNow cares more about having paid customers than whether you call it SNOW, NOW, or late for dinner.
Let it go.
I wish you well.
