I have started using tags to highlight certain characteristics in knowledge articles and manage the work of my team outside of the approval workflows. I set up tags using the My tags screen and then add the tags column to my list views.
I have found that if I deactivate a tag by removing the active checkbox on my tags > (Name of tag) and then search for that tag, for example opening my published list and in the filter using tags and the name of the tag. Even though the tag doesn't show against articles, the search results will still show the articles that have the deactivated tag attached to it.
To me this looks odd? Has anyone else used tags and seen this kind of behaviour. Just checking if this is a fault on my instance or expected behaviour.
