Looking for closed captioning guidance active to toggle on and off in a video knowledge article.
Currently:
- Created recordings using Stream
- Used Clipchamp to create the .VTT downloadable file containing the closed captioning
- Lose the closed caption when inserting the Media into the knowledge template
- Provide a link to Stream for the closed captioning option.
Please share how your teams are inserting media with a closed captioning [CC] option.
