What can knowledge managers expect to see from ServiceNow's purchase of Moveworks?

Assuming the focus is on Moveworks' AI products, will this acquisition make it easier to find and fill knowledge gaps? If so, has a ServiceNow release for the integrated product been determined?

My company uses ServiceNow and Moveworks. Will training be offered to help me move seamlessly into the newer ServiceNow version when it becomes available?

You can best contact ServiceNow about this. If you reach out to your sales rep, they can probably provide you with information or guide you to the people that can. 

The Community isn't the place to get roadmap ideas from ServiceNow, except when they are combined with a lot of hopeful (and wishful) thinking.
